JOHNNY DEPP AND THE NEW DARK SHADOWS MOVIE - WOODHAVEN BOOKS
Three questions for the die-hard  Dark Shadows and Johnny Depp fans! I've posted three questions at
my online horror book store at www.woodhavenbooks.com. If you're familiar with the original tv series(ots)
DS, Johnny Depp, Tim Burton, and the actors from the ots, see if you can answer the questions.

Your comments are welcome. Best wishes!  L.A. Wood

Web Store - WOODHAVEN BOOKS OF HORROR

Web Store - WOODHAVEN BOOKS This is a new horror books website for your
frightfully reading pleasure. Can a vampire really live forever, or at all? Ask Toby O'Grady, or his
creator, the hedge witch from Hell, Angelica Leary, if you dare! For that matter , could a witch survive
the flames of a previous century, and travel in time? Does she really think she can take the Devil's throne?
Come meet these people at Hamlin Manor and see what you think. www.woodhavenbooks.com

Thanks, Ana C.

Thanks for your recent posts. Your site, I Blog, therefore I am, is really cool. I've not seen one so full of just about everything for everybody. Your article on Fireflies is very good. The jar with fireflies was also really cool. I used to see fireflies when we visited our relatives in Alabama. They would come out just before dark. You could hold one in your hands and the light would filter through your fingers!

Forever Endless Night

This may be posted already but somehow got sent to Drafts, which I've been unable to find. I am totally new to blogging, so beg your pardon.

For all who are interested in Gothic horror or scary things (not gory), a new ebook (mine) is out entitled as listed above. The author's website is not up as yet, so will keep you posted as to when that occurs.

In this novel, an ebook which can be downloaded to your personal PC and does NOT need a Kindle reader, the setting takes place in Colonial Massachusetts 100 years after the famous (or infamous) Salem Witch Trials. An ancient witch without number of years appears as a beautiful yellow-haired damsel who takes the position as a maid to the wealthy Hamlins, descendants of those who put her to the flame (she was one of two known to have been burned, rather than hanged or crushed).

Some time later, strange phenomena begin to occur: the family patriarch suffers by an invisible hand; another in the household suffers three horrible ailments for a season; a man of God and a bride die suddenly; and a series of dream sequences come upon several in the household. Further, the Devil himself appears on the scene more than once, and the witch is bent on taking his alleged throne and ruling the forces of darkness.

While attempting to destroy the old witch, one is hexed with a curse that cannot seem to end: the normal means of killing a vampire will not be successful. A long-lost relative is summoned, and whether he or the so-called "reverend" can defeat or banish the witch is yet to be seen.

There are seances and ouija boards, ghosts, warlocks, secret chambers, cemetaries and the like, wailing winds and roaring waves. Lots of comparisons and contrasts for lovers of English and literature, and bits of history here and there. For the Bible reader, there are Scriptures with moral lessons in spite of the evil that prevails within the pages of Forever Endless Night.

If you like this kind of literature, I'm sure you will love this one. Please give it a chance, good reading, and please post your comments. They are highly valuable. Thanks.

Cordially,

L.A. Wood
